Abstract:Air conditioning load is an excellent demand response resource. Reasonable regulation of air conditioning can effectively alleviate the imbalance between supply and demand, improve the comprehensive operation efficiency of power system, and realize the optimal allocation of resources. However, this needs to be based on a deep understanding of the basic theory of air conditioning load operation characteristics. In this paper, the research status of air conditioning load in demand response is discussed from four aspects : thermodynamic modeling, aggregation model, control mode and regulation strategy of air conditioning system. According to the actual situation of air conditioning load research at home and abroad, the further research direction of air conditioning load is prospected.
